- Access Platform
We have successfully finished a challenging project for a nuclear industry client. Our team completed the structural calculations, 2D drawing package, and 3D design for an access platform. We were able to produce precise and in-depth 2D drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor that satisfied the strict guidelines of the nuclear sector. - Refrigerated Trailer Panels Manipulator
Our project to design a vacuum lifting beam used for transporting panels of refrigerated trailers during the assembly process was successfully finished. Additionally, in order to assess the beam’s structural integrity and performance under various loading scenarios, we carried out a comprehensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using SolidWorks. - Beauty Desk
For a high-street cosmetics company, we just finished a retail shop fitting and point of sale project. Our team used SolidWorks to design and create a new beauty desk that was identical to the ones that were already in the client’s retail locations. - Installation Services
Building Information Modelling (BIM) models and related layout drawings for an air conditioning system to be installed in a new construction project have been successfully created by Nova Design using Autodesk Revit. Stakeholders can see and examine how the air conditioning system integrates with the building’s overall structure thanks to BIM models, which offer a thorough digital picture of the building. - Fuel Filtration
To design new Fuel Filtration process skid assemblies, Nova Design has been using SolidWorks Premium with a direct VPN connection to the client’s data. For these assemblies, the Pipe Routing feature in SolidWorks has been crucial in producing precise and effective pipe layouts. We have optimised the fuel filtration process’s design, guaranteeing peak performance and reducing the likelihood of problems during installation and operation, by employing this cutting-edge CAD tool.
